Intake Coordinator
My role at Talk Therapy Counselling Services is to work with all new clients who contact our office searching for a therapist. I am here to discuss your concerns and match you with a therapist in our office who best meets your individual needs.
We are committed to providing high quality professional
services by licensed providers,
informed by best practices and current research,
and the highest ethical standards.
Each individual’s needs are unique, which is why we offer personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific goals and requirements.
Our team of licensed therapists are trained and experienced in providing effective treatments for various mental health concerns.
We'll explore your needs and allow you to learn more about us. If you are ready to start your therapy journey we can skip the initial phone consultation and schedule you in with one of our experienced therapists for an intake appointment.
During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current and past concerns, and discuss your goals.
We strive to be transparent with all of our clients, and what that means is that we will discuss our therapeutic focus and direction with you. The entire therapeutic process is client-centred and focused on your needs.
Your therapist will work with you to improve relationships, set boundaries, learn healthy coping strategies, and work towards the desired change you want to see in your life.
