I believe in giving everyone the opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, client-focused, and culturally sensitive, creating a safe environment for exploring these challenges. Through therapy, we can collaboratively bring about positive and meaningful changes in your life. I use evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. I also emphasize self-compassion and self-care strategies in my practice. I’m fluent in both English and Malayalam.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with family and friends, as well as indulging in my hobbies of travel, reading, and watching movies. Let’s work together to help you or your loved one on the path to a brighter future.

Whether you prefer online or in-person appointments, I am available to work with you and your child to create a plan that works for your schedule and needs

Free Initial
Phone Consultation

We'll explore your needs and allow you to learn more about us. If you are ready to start your therapy journey we can skip the initial phone consultation and schedule you in with one of our experienced therapists for an intake appointment.

Intake Appointment

During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current and past concerns, and discuss your goals.

Assessment & Recommendations

We strive to be transparent with all of our clients, and what that means is that we will discuss our therapeutic focus and direction with you. The entire therapeutic process is client-centred and focused on your needs.
