Free Initial
Phone Consultation

We'll explore your needs and allow you to learn more about us. If you are ready to start your therapy journey we can skip the initial phone consultation and schedule you in with one of our experienced therapists for an intake appointment.

Intake Appointment

During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current and past concerns, and discuss your goals.

Assessment & Recommendations

We strive to be transparent with all of our clients, and what that means is that we will discuss our therapeutic focus and direction with you. The entire therapeutic process is client-centred and focused on your needs.

Therapy Sessions

Your therapist will work with you to improve relationships, set boundaries, learn healthy coping strategies, and work towards the desired change you want to see in your life.
