As a therapist I’m committed to providing a space that can empower you to explore and better understand your own path. Through discovering your values, and honouring your mind, body, and spirit we will journey together through the process of healing. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk through the pain, hurt and joy of your story.

During our time together, I will utilize evidence-based therapies to support your unique needs and goals. Some of the approaches I use in my practice include cognitive-behavioural therapy, parts work, narrative therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy. My foundation as a therapist centers on the view that people are whole, and hold within themselves the wisdom to lead our time together. I see counselling as an opportunity to lessen pain and suffering, and strengthen capacity for self-compassion and acceptance, and connection to self and others. I will always provide a warm, non-judgemental and safe space for us to sit with whatever may be coming up for you.

When I’m not sitting in the chair across from you, you can find me playing with my two golden retrievers, reading a book, or spending time hiking, walking, or relaxing in nature.

As a social worker, my focus will be on helping children who are facing various challenges in their lives. Whether it’s dealing with mental health issues, coping with trauma, or navigating difficult family dynamics, I am here to provide support and guidance.

I believe in taking a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to my work, and am dedicated to helping my clients reach their full potential. I am a patient listener, and will work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals.

With experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, I am well-equipped to provide the support and resources necessary for each child to thrive. Whether you prefer online or in-person appointments, I am available to work with you and your child to create a plan that works for your schedule and needs

As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to be healthy, happy, and thriving, so it can be challenging to watch your child struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I believe that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through therapy, we can work together to create a positive and meaningful change in your child’s life.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or any other mental health concern, I am here to help. My non-judgmental, client-centered and culturally responsive approach to therapy creates a safe space for your child to explore their challenges and develop personalized solutions.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate busy families. Fluent in English and Malayalam.

Free Initial
Phone Consultation

We'll explore your needs and allow you to learn more about us. If you are ready to start your therapy journey we can skip the initial phone consultation and schedule you in with one of our experienced therapists for an intake appointment.

Intake Appointment

During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current and past concerns, and discuss your goals.

Assessment & Recommendations

We strive to be transparent with all of our clients, and what that means is that we will discuss our therapeutic focus and direction with you. The entire therapeutic process is client-centred and focused on your needs.

Therapy Sessions

Your therapist will work with you to improve relationships, set boundaries, learn healthy coping strategies, and work towards the desired change you want to see in your life.
