Welcome, I’m Glad You’re Here.
Taking the step to seek support—whether for yourself or for your relationship—is an act of profound courage. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life, managing a long-standing mental health diagnosis, or trying to rebuild connection with your partner, you don’t have to carry it alone.
My approach to therapy is rooted in deep empathy, clinical expertise, and real-world understanding. I provide a safe, collaborative, and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming space where individuals and couples can feel respected, heard, and empowered to heal.
With a career spanning over 35 years in nursing—including 20 years dedicated exclusively to mental health—I bring a comprehensive, holistic understanding of both mind and body to my therapeutic practice. My extensive clinical background allows me to blend medical insight with compassionate, evidence-based psychological support.
Throughout my two decades in mental health, I have worked deeply with individuals and partners navigating complex dynamics and life transitions. My areas of specialization include:
-
Couples Therapy: Helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, heal from breaches of trust, and rebuild emotional intimacy in a balanced, supportive environment.
-
Mental Health Diagnoses: Providing skilled, non-judgmental support for individuals living with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder .
-
Life Transitions & Stress: Helping clients build resilience against chronic stress, burnout, and everyday overwhelm.
-
Women’s Health Issues: Supporting women through the unique emotional and physiological challenges across the lifespan, from reproductive mental health to menopause.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Whether I am working with an individual or a couple, my goal is to walk alongside you as a steady, objective presence. In couples work, I view the relationship as the client, helping both partners unearth their shared strengths, break unhealthy communication cycles, and develop practical tools for sustainable connection.
When I’m not working with clients, my heart belongs to my family. As a parent of four adult children, I have lived through the many chapters of parenting and deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with watching a family grow and change. I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones and my pets, finding balance and joy in the quiet, everyday moments of life.

My Practice
As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to be healthy, happy, and thriving, so it can be challenging to watch your child struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I believe that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through therapy, we can work together to create a positive and meaningful change in your child’s life.
