Have you noticed that you are not enjoying life like you use to? Whether that be in the bedroom, in your relationship, or in your day-to-day interactions. You may feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or down. You may feel like you are not good enough, or you’re not doing enough to keep your romantic relationship afloat. Overall, you just feel that something is not quite right, but are not sure what to do about it.
I’m here for you, whether that means supporting you in identifying the challenges you are experiencing in the bedroom, in your relationship, or just focusing on finding ways to feel good about you again. My focus is on meeting you where you are now, in a non-judgmental, safe, and accepting space.
My approach to therapy is experiential and client focused. I utilize evidence-based therapies in my practice, such as cognitive-behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, emotion-focused individual and couples therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and eye movement desensitization therapy (EMDR). I have received extensive training in each of these areas, to ensure that I can meet client’s needs.
In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, and my hobbies include hiking,
kayaking, reading, and watching movies.
