Hi, I’m Riley — and I’m so excited to be introducing our new programs to the community!
Activism has always been a core part of who I am. I bring that same passion for advocacy into my work, believing that everyone deserves access to support that is affirming, collaborative, and meaningful. My approach is enthusiastic, person-centred, and trauma-informed — always grounded in open communication and respect for each individual’s unique journey.
Since 2018, I’ve worked across the social service sector supporting individuals’ with acquired brain injury, dual diagnoses, and across a range of ages. Though my most frequent work is in direct Applied Behaviour Analysis or Life Skills.
My practice is rooted in ABA, trauma-informed care, and a strong belief in person-centred values. I believe that long-term and effective change comes through relationships — by working with individuals and their support systems, not around them. I’m here to offer coaching, skill-building, and support in ways that reflect the goals and voices of the people I work with.
Outside of work, you’ll find me painting, trying new hobbies, watching (far too many) movies, or talking about my cat Frankie!
I’m truly looking forward to connecting with individuals, families, and community members through these new programs — and to walking alongside each person as they explore their strengths, build their confidence, and move toward their goals.
