Supporting Healing, Growth, and Lasting Change

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by
anxiety, weighed down by depression, navigating grief, or struggling with patterns that no
longer serve you. Perhaps you’re supporting a child with autism or ADHD and feeling
exhausted, uncertain, or alone in the process.

You might be wondering: How do I move forward from here?

That’s where I come in. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. For children and teens, therapy focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour, coping skills, and building confidence in a developmentally supportive way. For adults and parents, we work on managing stress, strengthening relationships, and developing tools that support both personal well-being and family life.

In therapy, we focus on understanding what’s beneath the surface while building practical
tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Applied Behaviour
Analysis (ABA), and Trauma-Informed approaches to support emotional regulation,
resilience, and self-understanding.
Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths,
finding balance, and creating a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

TRAINING

As a social worker, my focus will be on helping children who are facing various challenges in their lives. Whether it’s dealing with mental health issues, coping with trauma, or navigating difficult family dynamics, I am here to provide support and guidance.

I believe in taking a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to my work, and am dedicated to helping my clients reach their full potential. I am a patient listener, and will work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals.

With experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, I am well-equipped to provide the support and resources necessary for each child to thrive. Whether you prefer online or in-person appointments, I am available to work with you and your child to create a plan that works for your schedule and needs

My Practice

As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to be healthy, happy, and thriving, so it can be challenging to watch your child struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I believe that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through therapy, we can work together to create a positive and meaningful change in your child’s life.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or any other mental health concern, I am here to help. My non-judgmental, client-centered and culturally responsive approach to therapy creates a safe space for your child to explore their challenges and develop personalized solutions.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate busy families. Fluent in English and Malayalam.
