Do you feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you? Are past experiences or unresolved trauma making it difficult to move forward? Maybe you’re tired of the critical voice in your head and longing to reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself, but you’re unsure where to begin. Or perhaps you simply believe that caring for your mental health is an important part of living well.
I believe that everyone needs support at different points in life. The sooner we give ourselves permission to seek it, the sooner we can step out of survival mode, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create space for healing and growth.
As a Clinical Social Worker, I have spent years supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. My experience includes working with persistent mood fluctuations, suicide intervention, intimate partner violence, insecure attachment, traumatic invalidation, and profound feelings of hopelessness. My trauma-informed approach is kind, yet accountable, and informed by training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.
I believe that all behaviour has meaning and serves a purpose. Together, we can explore what lies beneath the surface, understand the factors driving your experiences, and work toward meaningful change. Whether our sessions include laughter, tears, strong language, or quiet reflection, all emotions are welcome here.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of genuine human connection. It would be a privilege to support you as you navigate this chapter of your life and move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.

My Practice
As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to be healthy, happy, and thriving, so it can be challenging to watch your child struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I believe that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through therapy, we can work together to create a positive and meaningful change in your child’s life.
