Life can feel like a constant cycle of stress, pressure, overthinking, and trying to hold everything together while secretly feeling like you are falling apart. Maybe you are tired of caring so much about what everyone else thinks. Maybe your relationships feel draining, your anxiety feels nonstop, or you have completely lost sight of yourself trying to keep everyone else happy. Deep down, you know something needs to change but you are not sure how.
Therapy with me is not about presenting life as perfect or engaging in forced positivity. It is a space for honest exploration of what is working, what is not, and what may be contributing to feelings of overwhelm or emotional exhaustion. Together, we work toward understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and developing more sustainable ways of managing emotional and relational demands. I aim to provide a genuine, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can show up as you are and begin to make sense of your experience at your own pace.
My approach is client-centred, honest, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build healthier patterns that actually feel sustainable in real life.

My Practice
As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to be healthy, happy, and thriving, so it can be challenging to watch your child struggle with their emotions and behaviors. I believe that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through therapy, we can work together to create a positive and meaningful change in your child’s life.
