My role as your therapist will be to assist you in identifying the current challenges you are facing, which may mean exploring past trauma, learning strategies to deal with your feelings in a healthy way, or setting boundaries with people in your life.  By working together, we will focus on your goals and where you want to be. Clients appreciate my non-judgmental, down-to-earth approach. With 24/7 online scheduling, and the ability to offer clients in-person, online, in-home, or walk and talk therapy sessions, I make therapy convenient and easy to fit into your busy life.

As a social worker, my focus will be on helping children who are facing various challenges in their lives. Whether it’s dealing with mental health issues, coping with trauma, or navigating difficult family dynamics, I am here to provide support and guidance.

With experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds, I am well-equipped to provide the support and resources necessary for each child to thrive. I provide virtual and in-person appointments for adults dealing with anxiety and depression, anger issues, life coaching, work-related stress, and substance abuse. In our work together, we will identify positive coping strategies that are helpful for you. My goal for my clients is that you start to feel like you deserve to find joy in life and that you have what it takes to make positive changes. We will get to the root of these issues so that you can feel free from the daily struggle and start to enjoy your life more. Life will always have its mountains and valleys, but you’ll feel ready to tackle those, knowing you are not alone in it.

Administrative Assistant

Over the course of my career, I have discovered I thrive on challenges and do my best work to “think outside of the box”. 

I enjoy responsibility and believe that my experience, professionalism, and proactive demeanor are a perfect match for the “many hats” that an Administrative Assistant position require.

Free Initial
Phone Consultation

We'll explore your needs and allow you to learn more about us. If you are ready to start your therapy journey we can skip the initial phone consultation and schedule you in with one of our experienced therapists for an intake appointment.

Intake Appointment

During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your current and past concerns, and discuss your goals.

Assessment & Recommendations

We strive to be transparent with all of our clients, and what that means is that we will discuss our therapeutic focus and direction with you. The entire therapeutic process is client-centred and focused on your needs.
