Group Life Skills Development

Age Group: Teens and Young Adults

Our small-group life skills program creates a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where youth can develop practical, social, and emotional skills alongside peers. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed framework, we foster learning through role-play, guided practice, discussion, and shared experiences. Sessions are respectful, non-clinical, and focused on building confidence, personal agency, and a sense of belonging. Group sessions may explore themes such as budgeting, meal planning, coping with stress, communication skills, or workplace etiquette. Each session is strengths-based, flexible, and designed to support different learning and communication styles. Visuals, sensory breaks, and adaptable approaches are integrated to ensure accessibility for all participants.
