Menopause is a natural phase of life, but its emotional effects can be just as challenging as the physical symptoms. Many women experience mood swings, anxiety, irritability, low motivation, or a sense of losing their identity. At Talk Therapy Counselling Services in London, Ontario, we recognize that these emotional shifts are not a sign of weakness—they are valid responses to a profound hormonal and life transition.
Our menopause counselling sessions focus on helping you understand how this transition affects both the body and the mind. We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and supportive talk therapy to help you manage emotional changes and restore balance. Our goal is to give you tools that make this time feel less overwhelming and more empowering.
Emotional wellness during menopause is possible. You don’t have to navigate the changes alone. With the right support, this stage of life can be one of renewal, clarity, and confidence. At Talk Therapy Counselling Services, we’re here to help you feel grounded and supported every step of the way.
