Supporting Healing, Growth, and Lasting Change
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, navigating grief, or struggling with patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you’re supporting a child with autism or ADHD and feeling exhausted, uncertain, or alone in the process.
You might be wondering: How do I move forward from here?
That’s where I come in. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. For children and teens, therapy focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour, coping skills, and building confidence in a developmentally supportive way. For adults and parents, we work on managing stress, strengthening relationships, and developing tools that support both personal well-being and family life.
In therapy, we focus on understanding what’s beneath the surface while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and Trauma-Informed approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and self-understanding. Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, finding balance, and creating a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
